This facility provides little or no support with patient case management, medical liasion, and consistent patient care. Very difficult to deal with in terms of accomodation availability; patients transferred without family notification and/or explanation. Weekend patient care especially deficient. They didn't seem willing to be help family make informed arrangements for continued health care services important for patient recovery and rehabilitation. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
