Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I would recommend them especially their Physical Therapy and speech therapy also the occupational therapy is excellent..My husband was very sick when he entered this facility, He is home now doing very well because of his excellent care Thank You Mrs. James Wood...
