They treat their employees like trash. I've seen it for myself. They are disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

This place needs some serious improvement. Nurses are mostly Lpn, but very kind and helpful with addressing questions or concerns. They work hard. Food is not the greatest when someone is use to a good homemade meal. They serve the same drink almost everyday. They do not cater to diabetic diets. The nursing supervisor is extremely unprofessional and lacks communication skills.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative with all of my questions. The rehab team at this facility was amazing! They made me comfortable and assured me that my loved one would be well cared for.

The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
