The place cares more about making money than taking care of patients and their needs. Staff is always short, and my mom usually had to wait at least 30 minutes to be helped to the bathroom after she would use her call button.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
