The staff seemed very knowledgable. They provided an answer for every questioned I had. I feel good that I chose this center for my loved one.

The facility has appeared to have changed alot since my last visit. The building appears to still need a upgrade but the grounds and facility appeared to be clean. Activities had a band performing and the residents appeared to be enjoying themselves. I would definitely encourage a personal visit to this facility in order to dispell any negative rumors.

I heard alot about some of the issues this facility had..Upon visiting the facility all of the issues involving the roof were addressed and furthermore the previous reviews posted were unwarranted. The staff appeared to be very professional and the facility appeared to be clean and presentable.

Why are the reveiws blotted out to where you can't read all of what people are saying about this facility?????? Sounds like the owners of these facilities don't want any one to read reveiws. Ha typical of big business. Their only in it for the money and don't care in the lease for the workers or residents! They just don't care, heartless bunch, and im talking about the owners of these two nursing homes! They must be MILLION aries by now! It would be VERY difficult to have to work under their conditions as is. I feel sorry for the workers.

This place needs to be shut down they do not care about the patients nor the family that comes to visit the staff itself is very rude and mean not a place i would send even a dying dog or cat this place is bad

I was very disappointed in the appearance / greeting of the building/staff once i entered the front door, there was a smell not pleasant and the staff did not greet or speak at all. Just because it is a nursing facility doesn't mean it has to smell like one. Some of the staff were not professional in attitude or manners, I did not want to sit in the lobby chair due to looking stained and filled with crumbs. I spoke to several staff as they walkd pass to get no response not even a smile. A resident walking through hall without shoes, (hazard).Just overall looks terrible and feel " uncared for" if that is a word. Community, Families, please take care of your familiesand lets pull together to make things better. This is what some people know as " THIER HOME".

I was somewhat ok with the temperature in the waiting room. I had to find a spot to sit that was out of the vent area. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The wait time is very long. I don't think the office cares at all how long we wait. The staff was generally haphazard and way too casual in appearance for a professional office. I couldn't get a single person here to answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated. Tenia Thomas (social worker) had a very unprofessional attitude when I called to get more information. She was very unpleasant and I let her know on the phone she was very unprofessional.
