The staff here is extremely rude. We have had to call the Hillside PO many times as they will not let my dad have any visitors. In addition he had bruises from his neck to his stomach that they refuse to explain. He is often wearing other people's clothes and had womens shoes under his bed. There was poo on the floor for 2 and a half weeks that we took pictures of.
Last time we were there another resident had also called the police and was waiting for their arrival. This place should be closed down. The residents look terrible and its dirty and rundown

My last visit there was very, very sad. I have a good friend who is a resident there and she told me of a horrible incident she had with one of the staff members where this staff member brutally attacked her and pulled her hair because she was allegedly "talking back to her". When I asked questions, everyone acted like they didn't know anything and that nothing had ever occurred. To add to this horrific incldent; I've heard stories of the staff members stealing from these elderly people. How sick is that? It doesn't smell clean up there and the rooms are too crowded. Four patients to a room is too crowded because the rooms are not that big. Also I witnessed one staff members yelling threats at one of the residents. It's very, very sad just to visit that place.
