It was my personal experience that the staff we dealt with were not as competent as they should have been regarding our loved one's room & floor placement, prescribed medicine, and gentle care.

My mom is a resident here and I just love the level of care she receives. The staff is so helpful and friendly but professional at the same time. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my mom is receiving the best possible care. I wish more nursing homes were run like this one is.
