I was the court-appointed guardian for a resident at Oak Ridge Care Center for almost 5 months; her time there was plagued by problems and injuries. While the administration was willing to meet to discuss problems, it didn't contribute to the systemic problems getting solved. Ultimately, it wasn't the falls, the unexplained bruises, or the "accidentally" displaced IV line that caused her to be moved to another facility-it was their medication error. She had to be moved back to the hospital, where she died a month later. Unfortunately, the facility was unwilling to acknowledge their mistake. I would not place a loved one at Oak Ridge Care Center.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
