Holly is great to work with and the administrator and business office staff do there jobs quite well. Best nursing home ever. My mom is happy. My first impression of the facility was no odor. Of course, there are times it cannot be helped. They work hard and the majority of the staff is awesome.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home.

Definitely, it was nauseating

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
