My family member has been in this facility for 3 months they have had 4 UTIs, a bladder infection, a yeast infection and MRSA.they leave them in dirt clothes and change sheets only once a week. Staff does not answer call button. There is never any housekeeping staff available to clean rooms. No matter what time of day you visitU can never find Administration, Director of Nursing. Staff members are surly and unhelpful.

My brother had a stroke affecting his right side. This facility is extremely understaffed, the working staff do not wear name badges. Staff does not follow basic health care standards. My brother has been there since October and had had four urinary tract infections!

very under staffed. Some of the staff act like they don't want to be bothered. Residence wait to long to be changed and are not creamed and are not washed after being changed. I think the staff should be watched better. These people pay good money and are not very well cared for.
