My mom is currently a resident @ Morris Hills and she is getting excellent care and my mom loves all the nurses and aides.The staff is more than willing to assist the family and answers all questions and concerns. Pleasant atmosphere and quality care. I feel that the majority of the comments on this site are replying to a survey that doesn't apply to this facility.

My father was cared for in a wonderful way, despite the fact that he was nearing the end. Everyone treated him and my family with respect. The facility is very nicely laid out, and they are very quick to answer questions and provide help.Also, the office was very easy to locate, and is right across the street from the hospital.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time getting help even when issues were escalated, I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation
