Do not send your loved ones to this facility unless you dont care about them. They rarely answer the call bells, ignore patients at night. Patients
set in their own feces and urine during the night. Nurses stations are
not manned on a regular basis. They say they will solve problems, but
they are not solved. Father was basically left to himself for most of the day and night. Had rashes on this behind from not being changed on a regular basis. Other residents complained to me about their poor treatment. This place is overpriced and very poorly managed

They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
Father sat in his urine and feces for hours. His teeth were never cleaned.
He was allowed to just lie in bed and not kept active. Night attention is very poor. I pulled him out after two weeks for neglect. Would never go back there again.

They should change the name of this facility to "Morphine Bay Health and Rehab". If you'd like to see just how many pharmaceuticals your loved one can withstand, this is the place to do it.

We are now detoxing my Mother and moving her to a different facility.
