This facility reeks of urine and seems very unsanitary. Not as friendly. Very disappointed in what this nursing home has become. Would not place a parent or grandparent here.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The staff was truly one of the best staffs I've ever seen. They genuinely care about everyone who visits. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. I'm absolutely going to be recommending this place to everyone I know. Not enough people know how great this place is. However, once this nursing home changed hands in 2009, the level of care was never the same as what it had once been under the Greene family. Loved the care my grandmother had while they ran the place.

Molena Nursing Home was excellent, nothing but the best care for the residents! All the hateful comments that are written after 2009 should not be directed towards this great name. In that year, it was sold. Prior to it being sold, my grandmother received the best care I could've asked for, but when it was sold, all went downhill. Thank you Molena NURSING HOME owners and staff for making it such a great place for many, many years! Wish it was still family owned and operated!!!

I had a family member in this care home during the wonderful years that it was family owned and operated. Soon after it became part of a larger corporation, I took her out. The entire nursing home changed at that point. Everyone seemed to stop caring. While it was family owned and operated, I was always greeted with a smile, and "hello!" It was just such a better atmosphere. In fact, the name even changed multiple times. The only good review I have read was from 2008, while it was still family owned. I miss those days. Thank you Molena Nursing Home staff for the many good years before it came Molena Extended Care or Molena Health and Rehab or whatever it is now. Your residents seem to not get that special care anymore that the nursing home was known for during SO many years.

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

My grandmother is currently in this nursing home. She seems happy there and appears to be well taken care of. She has lived there over 5 years now. We have no complaints regarding the level of care she is receiving. The people who work there all seem friendly and sort of like a family. I think this is because they are family owned instead of being part of a chain of nursing homes like some are. Grandmother says the biscuits are good and she likes the country music band that plays every month. Hope this review helps.
