Bed Sores. The therapy was good but everyone else cleaning staff, RNA, CNA did the bare minimum and my grandma was sent to the hospital 2x during a 2 week stay. why, infected bed sores. Bed sores come from a lack of care and that is exactly what she got.

They ignored my ma n left her in wet diaper, when asked to do 2 hr checks they said they did but i spent most of a day with her n never heard them ask one time (she knew she had to go n pushed the button and it took over 1/2 hr for them to even turn the button off to ignor her more... she had to repush the call button), the people sit in the halls with ther heads down n if u ask them if they r happy there they say not really.... not to mention my ma was begging me to get her out of there after 1 week. The place looks beautiful n the staff seems nice til u put a loved one in there.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Yes.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
