Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
This company is rude and failing because of the poor leadership. The patients are rushed as are the aides. The nurses do their own thing and do not communicate well with family member. I have seen them snap at residents children over simple questions. I would never reccomend Mellen Manor to a patient.

I did visit this Nursing home as to visit a resident there. The staff I spoke to were friendly.
