Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

This facility doesn't even deserve one star. I have buy soap and other personal products for my relative b/c they use hand soap out the dispenser to wash residents, the employees are always complaining about not having enough linen for the residents, and they have a bad case of bed bugs, anytime you see them visible during the day, its a problem.

I would not recommend Mayfield, they are not a good home by far...they make promises that are not kept...The rooms are not suitable for even the insane people...they have to share bathrooms. The administrator is a joke, not trustworthy
