It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
