Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Yes, the equipment is very advanced!

The Villa was and is the finest retirement community in the metro area. For over fifty years it has been evolving and growing. Care, physical and mental well being is primary. I would not hessitate one moment having a loved one living at this facility.

I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. This business is being managed by some unprofessionals owners... I'm just wondering if they even care of this place ... For example: there is never a manager to be reached when i need to talk to him or her. The front desk employee always tells me ... i'm sorry but mr or mrs wieshan are not here... One thing that i'd like to add is when a business advertise too much , it always means that the business is not providing a good service , therefore the have to advertise...words to mouth is the best advertising...

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
