The staff is horrible mainly the Night crew they are loud at night in the Halls laughing yelling loud they wont help Clients at all when asked for a drink in the middle of the night they wont get my family member a drink of water when asked to to be changed they had a BM the worker screamed at family member You'll just have to wait 3 hrs later worker never came back to change them they will not assist the people needing assistance for anything they ignored patients that needed assistance with anything they dont want to be bothered I really feared for my Family Members life I was afraid they were going to die in the Night hours I would not put a loved one In this Horrible place

We placed our mom in this center for physical therapy and we always assumed she would return home after 2-3 weeks of physical therapy. My mom had an accident in this facility that led to her death in November 2015 and as of this day May 2016 no one from this facility has ever called my family to explain what happened from their perspective, no results of their investigation, no acknowledgement of sympathy…absolutely nothing. We experienced nurses with bad attitudes, which makes my family wonder was it really an accident or not. We don’t know and I guess we never will. My mother complained about this place from the time she arrived and we just thought maybe she was over-reacting and that her time there would go fast. Now I wish more than anything that we would have listened to her and found another center for her.

Relative was there on hospice care near end of life. LPN made her shower in commune shower when she could barely stand; made her go to dining room when she wasn't even eating and was having trouble breathing; found in the chair half dressed and oxygen tube on floor; not given pain meds as schedule because relative didn't see how her pain was....water in bathroom turned off, tub filthy, never cleaned; floor hardly swept; wallpaper hanging off wall and put bed in front of it to cover....

ManorCare staff was very caring. They took very good care of my mother who had very complex medical issues. The therapists did a great job helping her regain strength and physical mobility. We would recommend the team to anyone looking for a skilled nursing and rehab facility.

Refer to previous. Manor Care Florissant has now gone 101 days and counting without paying us after we provided their residents with a wonderful Halloween show, allowed Manor Care staff to use our sound equipment, and fulfilled each and ever account payable stipulation to facilitate payment. The social skills of the pertinent Manor Care personnel are underwhelming.

The facility is clean and the food is good but the nursing care is terrible. They take 25 minutes or longer to answer a call light. Medications were ordered by the physician and not given for over 48 hours.
The staff were not able to explain the delays or the miscommunication.
I would not recommend using this facilty
