Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

I had a family member at this facility, and I would NEVER use them again! Complaints are ignored, and problems never get resolved. The staff will tell you they will resolve the problem, but they either forget about it, or just refuse to take care of the issue. PLEASE - before choosing this nursing home, visit during off hours, talk to other family members, and by all means, check out their Medicaid/Medicare ratings with the state, and pay close attention to their violations on these reports. Additionally, a vast majority of their night staff are from other countries, and it is very difficult to understand them because of thick accents. It makes communicating with them extremely difficult and frustrating! If you really love the person whom you are looking to place in a nursing home, look elsewhere!
