They steal from and disrespect your loved ones. They will pry open locked furniture behind your back. Take purses and personal belongings. The care and concern is pitiful. If you hate your loved one this is the place for them. If you love your loved one please keep looking else where. Just one heart broken family member.

I would give this facility a grade of C/C-. This is based on the experiences of my mother who was a resident for over 3 months.

The rehabilitation section was rated #1 in this area/region so my mother chose to go there. However, she felt pressured & over-worked during sessions and was constantly stressed out... The physical therapists were nice enough but they pushed her too hard & expected more out of her than she was capable of...

The food is AWFUL... They served my mom a bunch of random foods mixed together frequently. (Sliced hot dogs, spinach, corn, rice, and something else was a stew I once saw her served!) Even though she was trying to gain weight she lost over 15lbs during her stay. I would bring her Ensures, Snacks, etc... Just so she wouldn't starve. I even spoke with the head dietician... It always seemed like they were cleaning out the pantry & throwing whatever they found that day into a stew... TERRIBLE!

One of the Dr.'s that sees patients there (Alzeidan, I believe) should be brought up on charges...if I knew how, I would likely do it myself. He saw my mother once (the 1st week she was there) in 3 months. He changed her medicines, her dosages, & even diagnosis's based on 1, 10 minute meeting. I tried to contact him for 2 months as my mom & I both had questions and concerns...he never returned a call placed by myself (6 messages left at his office...), my mom (countless requests ignored), or the LPN's at Lincolnshire (countless calls ignored). He is a fraud... AVOID.

It is a decent place, clean (although I did once see a mouse run through one of the common areas), easily accessible, good rehab, with friendly staff. If you have another option in mind though...I'd try another facility & use this as your last resort.

Absolutly terrible food is horrible. Directors are savages. All the reviews here are written by their staff .please do not put loved one here.

Spouse admitted for physical rehabilitation and left facility less physically able than when they entered the facility. Physical therapist ignored multiple requests to concentrate on strength building instead concentrating on balance for a patient with Meniere's disease (disease of inner ear causing imbalance that will NEVER improve). Dietary requirements and restraints were completely disregarded by every nurse/staff member at Lincolnshire after daily requests to correct. Even after assurances by the senior staff (including the dietitian), no alternatives/substitutes were offered or given. Spouse was given food that, for medical reasons, could not be consumed. Spouse was left with little to no food for both lunch and dinner causing weight loss of 25 lbs. over the course of 6 weeks. There was no phone or any other method for spouse to contact anyone outside of the facility. Spouse was overmedicated, received incorrect medications, and incorrect dosages of medications.

My mother was there for rehab after surgery. They therapy team was amazing! The admission process was quick with the help of Geoff, and they really made me feel comfortable!
My mom was done with therapy after two months! She's back home with me now!
They really made my fear of nursing homes go away!

So happy that we found an assisted living facility for my grandma. It was getting so difficult for my family and I to take care of her everyday. We are very blessed this facility has made her feel so at home. Thank you to all the staff, we couldn’t think of a better place for her!

My grandfather has been a member of the Lincolnshire community for a couple of years now. He's genuinely happy AND healthier today than he had been. The staff at Lincolnshire really know how to take care of him, with everything from wants to needs. I always enjoy my time with him when I visit, the facility never smells like a health care center...that's the worst. The staff is friendly to him, myself & my family. I recommend Lincolnshire to anybody looking!

My grandma loves Lincolnshire. Lincolnshire is a great facility with a great staff that is so caring. My grandma is happier than ever at Lincolnshire and feels youthful there. Thank you Lincolnshire for all that you do. We appreciate it as a family.
