I use to work in that place please everyone... Put a lot of attention where are u guys going to take ur families ..workers drink alcohol and use drugs during working hours ... the driver named PEDRO VERA is an unresponsive person drinks alcohol during working hours .. the DSD Assistant Of name BRENDA knows what happens in that place because she also meets with them to drink...there is no control in that place that should be a stable place for families ...

u would gag. the staff ignores the patience. their are patience are in wheel chairs in halls. the food is slop. patience steal other patience belongings its a mental hospital and if u don't have security with u , its not safe. patience masturbating in front of others.patience screaming for help in the halls! worse than a concentration camp

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
