Great facility, Excellent well trained staff, however they operate very under staffed. Operate with the fewest c.n.a's, possible, as patients must wait for help for up to and over an hour- at times. How many patients have had a real emergency and could not get help here?

They took wonderful care of my mother-in-law when she had her stroke. She loved it there and they always made her feel like she was part of their family. They even gave her a hug at night. My mother is there now in the memory ward. As their POA, I never worried when the mothers were at Josephine Home. They immediately called me with any concerns and we decided what was best together. They always followed my wishes for my mothers. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They treated my mothers with respect and were immediate in their care. I recommend them with over 5 years experience of my mothers being cared at Josephine Home.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
