Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry. They have never expressed anger toward me or my resident Mom. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They answered my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They listen closely, and I like that they schedule regular outtings for the residents. The one thing I have not been 100% satisfied with is sometimes they don't make timely diaper changes which can result in sores.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
