My mom hadnt passed away and been picked up by the furneral home 5 hrs and they packed her stuff up and moved someone into her room. The facility didn't even call to inform me, I walked in and someone else was in her bed.

for seven years my adult son has been a resident of this facility. Being 100% blind with traumatic brain injury, he has received excellent care, both personally and professionally...until Consulate took over. What has followed has been a dramatic change for the worse. A litany of administrators have been like a revolving door, staff consideration has dwindled to the point that staff is now displaying the same lack of concern. There is little continuity and the observation of my son's conditions have declined to the point of no follow up. the one bright point has been the addition of Mr. Roy Hinton as the Activities Director. This has been the only positive change.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I got a few answers here and there to my questions, but it was scattered and confusing. I left wishing I had gotten more information.

The place doesn't look very nice at first, but the people are what make it special,We really liked that there was a family council we could take complaints to. The new adminastrator really seemed to listen.

This is a great facility! Very conveniently located to highway, shops, Drs, and hospital. The staff is friendly, caring, and very helpful. They return calls quickly, and take concerns seriously. It is clean, and fresh smelling. Lots of activities for the patients. Great therapy room. Beautiful location, easy parking for visitors. Can't say enough. We have been very happy with the care of our loved one.
