not happy with them right now. today they sent my dad home without talking to him about being discharged, then they yelled at both of my parents for not talking to them about him going home. that is their job to talk to the residents before being discharge. my parents had no discharge paperwork or nothing about how to handle my dad at home. my dad had a stroke that almost killed him 3 weeks ago and I am out here in CA and I cant help them at all. the staff at the nursing home should have talked to both of my parents before letting dad go to his doctor apt not knowing what was going to happen next.
