Before choosing this facility I had visited many other places in the Raleigh and Fayette counties and I was impressed with the cleaniness and the staff. My mother was in the transitional care unit at this facility. I was very pleased with the care that she recieved. The staff was very pleasant and any time my mother or family needed anything they were always there to help. The staff was terrific and very supportive and caring for my mother. The staff would contact me if any changes would occur or just concerns that they would have. I would call if I had questions of my own and they would answer my questions and if they couldn't answer it at the time they would find the answer and would contact me with the answer. I was very picky about what nursing facility to choose for my mother and hated the idea of having to do this for her. Even though we have to travel down the difficult roads sometimes I feel that my mother recieved excellant care.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
