This is a horrible place to keep your loved one. Nurses are in their own world, some talk back to patients and family. Administrator is very unprofessional and doesn't care about the facility. And you can read about the owner online (Yousef Meystel of YAMM management). You need to be out of your mind to send your loved one here. Watch out.

The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't believe they would be so mean. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Their facility was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something just from being there. The equipment they were using was downright dangerous. It looked like it was over one hundred years old. Their staff is always answering their cell phones when they're supposed to be helping patients. It's so rude and unprofessional.

No, they were very calm and understanding

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
