They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience
