VIsited this faciliy 3 times in the last month. Receptionist on Sunday, Aug. 25 at 3 pm never looked up from her hand held device as I sighed in as a visitor and took my own Visitor sticker and proceeded into their hallway to rooms. Once my visit was over, I made my way back towards the reception area and in one of the rooms I pasted I noticed an elderly lady that had completely slumped over in her chair. I didnt see a nurse or worker in the hall so I told the receptionist the room number and my concern only to be told that I would have to locate a nurse and tell her myself!!! I told her" you mean to tell me that you cant call the nurses desk or someone else to get this lady checked on, what exactly is your job you did not greet me when I arrived nor did you offer any assistance?
by obviously no one care
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
