There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, my decisions were always respected

Not really, but I found a spot

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
