This nursing home is a real mess! The food is lousy! You ask for coffee and they send you creamer and no coffee OR hot water and no tea bag!! They send real sugar for diabetics! We did not even ask for sugar!! The room is filthy and the same trash is still under the bed for 2 weeks so you know it has not been cleaned! They run out of paper towels so you know they are not washing and drying their hands! 3/4 of the aids and nurses have an attitude! You ask for something and most act like they could care less OR say they will be right back to you and never come back!! I am glad when my loved one can come home because I will never have my loved go there ever again!! It's the pits!! My loved one asked for soup and they got MYSTERY SOUP!! I tasted it and it tasted really, bad!! I saw one of the cooks that works there in the kitchen and HE was filthy and smelled when he came near me! AND HE IS IN THE KITCHEN COOKING FOOD!! UNREAL!! I think his name is KEVIN!! DO NOT TAKE ANYONE THAT YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE!! KEEP THEM AT HOME IF YOU CAN OR FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE!!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Staff has the worst attitude in the world ... NOT helpful at all and most of the nurses (with the exception of a few) I delt with could care less about the needs of their patients. My father was placed their a few months ago and was neglected to the point where he was sent back three weeks after staying there because, in my opinion, someone did not do their job! It is pretty bad when you leave the hospital with the ability to walk and only need what doctor's describe as "fine tunning" with a bit of added rehab and you get sent back to the same hospital three weeks later not being able to walk at all! THIS is not a rehab, it feels like and is run much like a nursing home ... terrible! If you love your family and friends, DO NOT send them here under any circumstances!! By all means, find an alternative as we had!!!!

Cleanest Building around. Housekeeping staff check in often to make sure all my needs were met during my stay and my laundry was wrinkle free and fresh. Nursing staff and Rehab got me on the road to recovery. I personally would like to thank everyone at the facility for a upbeat stay. The receptionist was the absolute best.
