Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. The office was easy enough to find. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.
