I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional.

Just moved my mother out of this facility today. Thank God. We feared for her quality of life. Facility is often understaffed (especially on weekends...1 attendent to 50 or so patients)and the Doctor, social worker and hospital Administrator staff were very dishonest. The hospital Administrator told me the doctor visits facility everyday, but he is seldom there and has staff sign orders over the phone. My mother has been allowed to lay in urine soaked clothing regularly and attendents actually left her with bowel movement the other day because her shift change was in 20 minutes and she didn't want to take the time to clean her. Instead of changing and turning patients who can not go to bathroom on their own every 2 hours, they are changed at attendents shift change.Patients are wiped off with a wet wash cloth instead of given baths with a basin of water. Patient's water cups are not changed daily, sometimes weekly. They are served meals like frozen pizza. My mother has a bed sore that would not heal under those conditions (she did not have this sore when she got to the facility on January 27, 2011. It took 2 weeks to get my mother moved out of this facility because the staff constantly lied about paperwork, claimed they didn't know about the request, sent incorrect paperwork to the new facility, lied about doctor's order releasing my mother and her diagnosis. They claimed my mother had MRSA, yet they were not treating her for it, had her in a room with another patient, and did not require any sanitary protection for visitors. When I asked if they had tested her for MRSA , the hospital administrator said that they don't usually re-test unless the patient shows signs of the infection. Now they claim my mother has a bladder infection and they are treating her for that. They are so dishonest it's hard to know what to believe. They have a nursing attendent that will be on duty for 16 hours and have to return the very next morning for another 16 hour shift. She does her best, but she is over worked. Superbowl night she was the only aide on duty. The facility is FILTHY. I rated this facility a "1" only because you didn't have a negative on the chart. Please investigate.
