Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

The physical therapy department is top notch -- the best! I can think of nothing but good to say about them. HOWEVER, I can think of NOTHING GOOD to say about the nursing staff, the quality of care or the manner in which the patient’s needs are addressed. Our family member developed an across the board bacteria resistant infection in the lungs and bladder, as well as a stage 4 "bed sore" in their care. Which I since learned from another family (who won a lawsuit against Harbor Point for their contribution to her mother's death) that this is the rule rather than the exception. I would not recommend this facility under any circumstance for in house nursing care, especially for a patient that is unable to speak or fend for themselves. Even after meeting with the director who I honesty believe had the best intentions, the incompetency level in this facility was just too great to overcome. Outpatient TP would be fine but DO NOT entrust your love ones to this facility for even short term nursing care. I gave them a half a star only because it would not allow me to give no stars. I only wish someone had reviewed this facility and warned us, as my family member is paying the price in pain and suffering and unless we can get these infections and wound healed - possibly even with – life.
