Frene Valley Health Center is an amazing nursing home. The staff is very caring and intelligent. The facility is clean and has a home feel. If you have to put a family into a nursing home I would choose Frene Valley of Hermann

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They never left for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected my mom. They seem to treat everyone like 'real people'. It made me more confident that Mom was in good care.

They always answer questions as soon as they can. They always answer the call bell as soon as they can. And they noticed Mom was sick and sent her to the hospital in good time to be saved and get well. I returned her to Frene Valley for rehab since they are taking such good care of her.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
