The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Some of the staff there was very rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Mostly stood around and talked to themselves or was out smoking. Would not send my loved one's to this facility.
