The staff was wonderful, but the facility was filthy. My carpet was very stained and nasty, I was afraid to go barefoot while I was there. I asked to have the carpet cleaned and they did do it right away. I had a terrible problem with ants everywhere. One night I found my toothpaste tube covered with ants!!! Nasty. There were cockroaches and centipeds also in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty, mopped daily but with dirty water from the other rooms. There was nasty dirt in the corners of the floor. Before you put a loved one in here, check out the cleanliness in the room where they will stay. Every weekend they ran out of my pain meds and borrowed from another patients meds. Said he wasn't taking them and they would replace them with mine when my script came in!!! The staff did what had to be done to get me what I needed, but it was uncalled for, and illegal. The social worker was very rude and her actions were unprofessional. Thank goodness I gotto come home!!!
