I would never refer anyone to this place. They are responsible for my father's death. He fell and died 9 days later. They were not watching him like they should have. If you care for your loved ones dont allow this to happen to them. Please I beg you.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone
Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider?
No, it took a while

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for a visit, I always have to remind them who I am and what my father's circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Some of the nursing staff seems untrained or apathetic. Faciltiy is in a very bad neighborhood. Not safe. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.

this place wasnt the worst place my mom had been at but given her situation they probably did the best they could. it shows when the staff doesnt enjoy their jobs, or their work environment I wish they could get some funds to spruce up the place, it might make everyone feel better than they do working/ living in a dingy smelly place. but i realize that money is tight all around and they do the best they can
