The care staff was not too bad always indicating they would help with anything until we decided to move our family member to another facility. The staff then became very unprofessional by not acknowledging us, not being of any additional help (requested medical records and were told they would have to get them but they never did), and our family member's clothing all came up missing before the transfer date. Hmmm! You wonder why we're transferring this patient?

So happy that we found an assisted living facility for my grandma. It was getting so difficult for my family and I to take care of her everyday. We are very blessed this facility has made her feel so at home. Thank you to all the staff, we couldn’t think of a better place for her!

About a year ago my great aunt fell down the steps and needed knee surgery. We sent her to Englewood for rehab and they got her up and running in no time. Shortly after her knee surgery we decided she needed to go into a home. Sending a loved one to a home is always difficult but Autumn Hills made it a smooth and easy transition. We have come to find out that the facility is excellent and clean! My Great Aunt never has a complaint about Englewood. My grandma loves this facility! The staff always treats my grandmother with the up-most respect. Thank you Englewood.
