98% OF REVIEWS ARE ANONYMOUS, THIS OUGHT TO TELL YOU SOMETHING. SOMEONE ON THE INSIDE WRITING THOSE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE PRACTICE OF ROGER WILLIAMS HOSPITAL SENDING TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS WITH FEW DAYS OF LIFE LEFT TO THIS FACILITY. IS IT JUST TO HELP KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN. I'M TRYING TO LEARN WHY THEY DO THIS. MY DAD, MY FATHER-IN-LAW AND A FAMILY FRIEND. MAKES NO SENSE. ANYONE?

Our 90+ year old Moms rehab was a good experience, so much so that we decided to keep her there for long term care. She has been in her nice big sunny room for 3 weeks. Says she loves her room. The care plan is only good if the staff actually follows it.. the staff seems to be overworked, too many people per aide. Our mom cannot walk, is very arthritic and is incontinent. A few times we've found her sitting with soaking wet slacks, her depends very dirty. She had been that way for hours. Staff should be checking on her every few hours, but it doesn't always happen....wondering if this is common in nursing homes. We complain to a nurse, we're concerned our complaints will affect mom.
