My mother spent two weeks there, it was the worst place I have ever had to deal with. None of the staff listen to anything that you tell them about the patients special needs, or any needs for that matter. my mom was brought in with a fracture in her pelvis. the first day that I went to see her the bed was wet and she smelled of urine. On the second visit her sweater and bottle of perfume were stolen, and no one seemed to know how they grew legs and walked out. the whole time she was there I feel she was improperly cared for, and a final note the day I brought her home she complained of pain in her vagina it turned out to be a bladder infection. this place needs to be re staffed......

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
