My grandmother has been there for 7 yrs. She has had several accidents including falling out of the wheelchair. She is oxygen has to be on this to live. They don't take it seriously. Her oxygen tank has been empty on several surprise visits. You smell urine up and down the halls. My dad has spoken with the director over the last several years to bring these problems to his attention. It get's better for a few days then goes right back to the poor care. She means the world to her family! We can't care for her at home and trusted this place to do so. Big mistake. I sincerely hope people look carefully at this nursing home. Talk to the patients there check out the smell and uncleanness of this place. The nurses come and go like a revolving door. So, very sad my grandmother had to go through this when she had such a full life and cared about her family, church and friends.

Both of my parents are currently residents at Donalson Assisted Living. They have excellent care and now the rest of the family can rest at night knowing that mom and dad are in a safe place.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
