Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, but they said they were going to!

My mother-in-law has been placed at this facility,she has fallen 4 times, the 4th time nobody new anything about it. Was not reported to us. The quality of care is very, very poor. We are looking for another place.
