Skilled nursing staff answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make patients or visitors feel welcome. Some offices looked disorganized. Staff became irritated and defensive when questioned about doctor/NP/Pa visits and couldn't provide answers to questions. Staff was in a hurry on initial visit to just get Skilled Nursing papers signed or initialed.Be sure to take these papers home and read over them before signing. Facility seems understaffed with aides. Sometimes long waits for assistance. Physical Therapy team is excellent. Dining facility is clean and inviting. Food is good. Overall facility is clean and fresh smelling. Care meeting topics were not kept confidendial and handled inappropriately by some staff members. Threaten of transfer when doctor gave notice of no longer working with questioning patient.
