Not really, it wasn't very clean

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. wish the care, food had been better. some of help were great some were rude, turned a deaf ear!! Corporate owned and residents are numbers. go for weeks with equiptment broken down. want their money up front but refunds can wait?? Want for help
