DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE AT THIS FACILITY!!!!!! SENT TO DIALYSIS WITHOUT OXYGEN. NEVER A PROBLEM WITH STOMA UNTIL ENDED UP IN THIS FACILITY. TWO HOURS FOR A CUP OF ICE. DIDN'T GET OUT OF BED FOR 18 HOURS!!!! NO CHAIR IN ROOM ONLY THE BED. DO I NEED TO GO ON IF YOU WANT MORE EMAIL.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
