I have a friend in this facility. They have been there 3 years. My friend is a challenge for staff. The staff treat him well, no matter how he acts. Several staff have even taken a special interest in him. They do great things despite limited resources. If not for Countrysides' staffs patience and tolerance, I don't know if my friend would be alive today. While my friend does not realize what his alternatives would have been, those of us that visit him do.

My brother has been in this facility for over a decade and I visit every two weeks. It is always clean and the staff are responsive. I am totally pleased with his care in this facility.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
