Very strong odor of urine throughout the hallways(you know what that means....), incompetent and very rude staff, call bells ringing for hours with nobody answering the residents needs, staff acting like they are bothered with helping the residents. I am appalled and disgusted with everything about this place.
They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I ended up back in the hospital the in less than 24 hours with more problems than I had when I first got to this provider. It has been a year and I am still trying to recover from this dilemma.
Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
