You could tell it was a family run facility, staff was extremely caring and friendly. I felt very safe that my grandmother was being cared for with the highest level of care.

numerous health violations are ignored on a daily basis unless there is an inspection taking place, my heart truly goes out to all the residents who suffer from the poor care they receive but do not deserve.

Very professional, highly trained staff. They made my very hard decision of moving my mother into a nursing home much easier. I had no worries at all knowing that she was getting the best care available, the staff truly cares about her. I would recommend that if you have any reservations of what a nursing home could do for your loved one, go to visit them and tour their beautiful building. Most of the rooms just remodeled and the maintenance and up keep on the entire building is great. The location is perfect. Remote with a back yard feel, but not to far out of my way. Highly recommended

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members...........it is the season for giving..i had nothing to give my kids... i told the staff they came up with some things for my kids...with out them my kids would not have a christmas..all the staff are very nice... i will tell every one about what they did for me..

The Director of Nursing didn't treat their staff well at all. She is very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. I could tell the staff took pride in the facility and the work they do except her. It was very well organized and my family member was well taken care of I was very happy with the "hands on" staff. We will miss most of the smiling faces and friendly people we met there.
